Papa Saverio's Pizzeria Of Carol Stream

Absolutely disgusting! the wings were dry and tasted like fish oil. the deep plate pizza came out of the box, half topping was up, and it was like 2 high. that's not a deep pizza. it was all good and a strange sauce that made them with 3 pieces. my family is from the boot from italia, that is not authentic. that's terrible and we paid $50 for it? Who's eating over there?

We ordered first time for our office and it is so so good and great customer service.

I ordered by phone, had to repeat my order 3 times, explained that I wanted contactless delivery, also explained that my house is on a corner that can be confusing, asked if I could leave a tip on my card, was told no because he already ran my card, he said tip him in cash, I said I don’t have any cash, he said okay I’ll call you back, he asked me to hurry up and I told him not to bother calling me. We hung up, he called me back to tell me the driver couldn’t find my house, said he could only find - (house number) and I said “that’s my house”. He had written down the wrong number, before I hung up I said “he can leave it on the table next to the front door” and the guy says “okay, I’ll tell him”. Delivery knocks, knocks again, I open the door and he’s holding a cc slip for me to sign. He has no pen. I tipped him on the card and sit down to eat and it’s not what I ordered. Don’t know that I’ll try them again.I am amending my review. Vish just called me and apologized sincerely for my experience. Even though my order was wrong, the food was good. Vish was sincere and kind and took care of me. I will give them another shot! Thank you for caring about your customer experience.
