"A local institution as well as a tourist draw, the Hubble House showcases its historical roots going back to 1856. The architecture and decor will simultaneously take you back to an 1800s parlor and a 1950s curio shop. The menu is likewise full of familiar comfort foods with a few daily specials but little innovation. Nonetheless, the food is expertly prepared. Prices are higher end, but the atmosphere is worth the higher cost for special occasions. Staff are friendly andattentive even when busy. Additional parking is available in the back lot."

"Pasta bread bowls are where it's at!! I remember when I was a kid domino's pizza used to taste like the cardboard Box it came in and was one of the worst, the company has pulled a full 180 and is the best pizza you can get delivered to your door. IMHO"

"My wife and I were here on Saturday for lunch. the decor is picturesque and comfortable. my wife had the four rib-lunch special and the ribs were fresh from the smoker. beautiful taste and exactly the right amount smoke. the meat was tenderly tendered by ankle. in the table there is a lot of sauces. I had the combination appetizer plate with cats nuggets, fried green tomato and fried okra. it is a pretty plate full and every bite was delicious. I like the corneal brothry. we also split the appetizer speciality, the roasted summer squash, back with the horn skin bread. they have a limited selection of tap beers and are in the process of obtaining a wine license. the owner and the chef came out and visited us. I wish them a lot of success, because we will be back again and again. can not wait to try the rubber bear."
