What Sal E likes about Red's:
Only 5 of us for our last night in Coxsackie.The waitress took our drink orders as soon as she finished filling our water glasses. Started out with New England Clam Chowder that was loaded with clams and was very creamy. Then had the short ribs in a delicious sauce with mashed potatoes that hit the spot.
