"First time here..had good reviews so tried it out since we were in the area. We got the Mahi tacos, the grill shrimp tacos and oysters which were great. I ordered a mixed drink called Killer Mermaid..yeaa I killed that! There is upstairs seating which looks a bit fancier but we sat downstairs by the water which we loved and I sang along to Avril Lavigne (yess this Caribbean girl knows all her songs) after that they did have live music though. We had Ashley as our waitress"

"I will start by saying we are big fans of the mainland Joeys. We came down to the island on a Friday night. It was about 7 PM. There was 1 other table sat inside. There is no wait service you order at the counter and then they call you up to get your food. (Call is actually putting it nice they scream your name) The menu items are listed on boards on the wall. The counter girl seemed like I was bothering her when I placed my order. The music and phones are insanely loud so sitting to wait and eat is unbearable. The linguini with meatballs was mediocre at best. I made it tolerable by using the garlic, oregano and red pepper flakes they keep on the counter for pizza slices. I didn’t dare ask for a little Parmesan in fear the counter girl would bite my head off or her eyes would roll back permanently into her head. The plain slice and buffalo chicken cheesesteak were ok. Will not return to this location."

"LOVED IT!! We sat at the bar, and our server was great he was the only server for that whole area, and it was packed!!!! Sorry, I don't remember his name , not that he didn't tell us I'm just terrible at remembering names . Def will be back, thank you!!"
