"My search for a great Philly cheesesteak led me to Jersey Mike?s today. I arrived over the lunch hour and the line was nearly to the door. Staff were obviously well trained and worked quickly to get everyone through. I ordered a large standard cheesesteak sandwich for my daughter and I to split and a regular chicken Philly with bacon and ranch for my other daughter, a small bag of Cheetos, and drank water for a total of $24.00. The large sandwich is approximately 12 inches long with a substantial amount of meat with melted provolone, onions, and green peppers. The melted provolone and juice from the meat drip down your chin as you attempt to devour it and the rosemary bread was perfectly toasted. This was the closest I have found to the real deal in Iowa and I will definitely be back for more."

My friend has a severe gluten allergy and they took special care of her to make sure she would have a pizza that she could enjoy and not make her sick. "The staff here are incredibly rude. Especially the older woman possibly in her early/mid 20’s with brown and blond hair. I came here with my daughter on Saturday and she gave us nothing but attitude the whole time we were ordering. We didn’t ask for anything too difficult just some signatures that were listed. Not only was she being rude to us but some of the other employees as well. I would NEVER let my daughter work there if that woman worked there. I don’t know what her problem was but she needs to treat not only the CUSTOMERS better but also the EMPLOYEES. I will not be back and I will be telling my friends about this. I feel bad for those employees, I hope they get treated better."
