Just had a late lunch at this newer IHOP. The restaurant was clean, modern, not really crowded at 2pm. Our server, Erin, did a great job of taking care of me and my mother. She got our orders correctly taken, drinks delivered and noticed the sun streaming in and lowered the blinds without being asked. The food was cooked to perfection and brought out nice and hot.
