First time visit, having ordered online. I thought the food was pricey, and even more so when I realise VAT was added separately and not included in the dish price. 5% discount for online order was a nice gesture. Quoted 20 minutes for a pick up, in the end was 30 minutes from order to collection. Order was King Prawn Balti, Lamb Tikka Biryani and a Keema Naan bread. Ordered via their app 5.30pm. Message to say delivery would be about one hour, which was fine (about 6.30pm). Nothing turned up. Rang and a poor girl answered phone who had no idea where our order was. Rang again and was told it was on it's way, there had been a delay with the delivery driver. Food turned up 2 hours later, cold and watery. No apology, no communication. Very poor customer service. Will not be visiting... View all feedback.
