I've been going to abbey for years. at the beginning they served the best fishing and chips to meile. in the best year it is on the hill. I think that the oil they use, how changed, leaves the fish almost tasteless. the last fish and chips I had from them had a green tone. the dough was boiled and looked like a paper paste.
