Even though this is a chain I like it better than Brookside on the other side of Avon Mountain. Everything is fresh, large selection and they get your order right. The staff is friendly and quick. Unlike Einstein they have real American coffee, not the bitter high acid brew so many places seem to be proud of. I would give them five stars if they cleaned the tables more often. Probably great bagel shop in west hartford. I like their everything bagel with the choice of spread.
