Every time I go to this store, I'm blown away by how kind every single person who works there is. They are generous, and the service is always amazing. I live near a closer Carvel than this one, but I will ALWAYS make the trip to W Islip to go to this specific store. View all feedback.

I would give this place negative 100 stars if i could. 2 months ago i ordered shakes for me and a colleague and we got food poisoning from the turned milk they use. We spoke to them and they tried to offer us gift cards in replacement for getting us sick. I spoke to Paul the owner and so tonight i decided to give them a second chance and this is what they delivered to me, see attached pic and inside one of the shakes... View all feedback.
