It?s really hard to find a Cuban restaurant. I certainly didn?t expect to find one in West Jefferson North Carolina. Havana Café was such a pleasant surprise. I got empanadas, black beans and rice, and plantains. Cuban coffee to go with it. I really enjoyed it. I live over an hour away, but I?m going to have to find excuses to go back and work my way through the whole menu. View all feedback.
