Always have loved this Culver?s location. The food has always been good, employees are friendly, and the store is clean but to tonight I witnessed something especially great. When I was passing by, I happened to see a few of the employees helping a customer jumpstart their car that was stuck in the drive-thru. Safe to say their customer service is outstanding. What Team Assink doesn't like about Culver's:
I know restaurants are struggling right now. It's hard to find workers and even harder to retain them. We were okay to wait half an hour for our meal. However, when they brought burnt onion rings to our table, and I asked them for a replacement, they told me it would take another 20 minutes because of everyone ahead of us. I'm a little shocked they would even serve food like this. We decided to leave. View all feedback.
