Fantastic. I’ve been here twice in the last 2 weeks. The first for dinner, 1 night stay and breakfast and the second for afternoon tea. What can I say? The staff are impeccable. What Elizabeth B doesn't like about Brandshatch Place:
No heating which when you pay that amount of money did expect that all to be checked before check in. Rooms weren't that wonderful either. We got an annex room, again not specified when booking that this was what we'd get. Pool disappointing very shallow, under ground and atmosphere oppressive.
