This place is generally crowded and the servers generally seem overwhelmed- hence human error quickly becomes involved. Aside from that, the actual food is mediocre. The lobster Mac and cheese for $16 has maybe 10 shreds of lobster and one or two cashew sized chunks. That's it. The truffle fries are good. Overall, nothing to write home about.
