This establishment reigns supreme when it comes to procuring my beloved Boba Tea. The ambiance exudes a sense of tranquility and joyous conviviality. Beyond the confines of the shop itself, a charming outdoor haven awaits, beckoning you to unwind and indulge in delectable culinary creations courtesy of the resident food trucks. What Kristin Vaughn doesn't like about Hey Bear Cafe:
I ordered an iced vanilla latte. They seemed very confused, and eventually, someone came up and said their espresso machine was down, so they offered me an iced coffee with creamer and vanilla instead. I said ok, but they then charged for the creamer and the flavoring, which then ended up costing more than what an iced vanilla latte would cost by over $1. The quality of the coffee was watered down and not very good.... View all feedback.
Love this place!! Best bubble tea in Knox by far. Get the brown sugar black milk tea with milk foam absolutely out of this world!
Great place. Hit the food trucks on the side and then grab a boba tea. Very trendy and poppy space. Just fun ? and delicious!
Good drinks, food trucks out back, friendly staff, a play area for the kids. If you're not in the mood for tea, try the Galaxy drinks. If you're not ready for the milk tea, ask for a Hawaiian green.Kid-friendliness: They've got a kids area inside, and a play space outside for the kids.
Hey Bear is always nice, but there isn't a whole lot of indoor seating. Our group was too large with about 8 people to stay inside and it was very hot outside that day. But the drinks are always great and different.Parking: It's difficult to find parking in the front lot. However there is a back lot behind the building with additional parking.
Horrible customer service. Order 2 drinks and when ordering we asked if the rainbow drink was sweet or not. Was told yes it's sweet so we asked for 1/4 sugar to not have it so sweet. Got our drink and took a sip and found it super sweet and asked to change it or have it remade without sugar due to how bad it was. Was told we would need to pay for another drink because if we make another without charging you it will IMPACT our merit and because we drank from it. So how else would we know its good or bad if we cant drink from it. You are more concerned about yourself instead of your customers. I have been here a million times and never been treated this way. Party of 6 and we didn't order anything else and left. Also told them you can throw our drink away also. What type of establishment is more focused on their employee ratings versus the satisfaction of their customers.Don't waste your time or money because you won't be served with a customer 1st mind set.Thank you.
