What Kris Hicks doesn't like about Krystal:
Went through the drive-thru tonight in hopes of great food, only have Krystal’s a couple times a year. We waited for 30 minutes at the window without being acknowledged, then we get our food, as I’m pulling out and grab to eat a Krystal, it’s COLD! Fries were cold, apple turnover was cold, drinks tasted awful. Nothing was good about this experience other than getting our money back View all feedback.
