What Knoxville Guy likes about Sam Andy's Fountain City:
The food is good when they actually have what you want. Went on the weekend and everything my wife would ask for, the cashier would say oh we 're out . She did that like four times. They had the basics. There 's a better deli about 5 miles north of Fountain City. I 'll let you figure that one out for yourself. View all feedback.

The last couple times I 've been here have been pretty disappointing, but I keep giving chances... until today.Usually the food is great, but the service is always mediocre. I 'm beginning to think it 's the management. I went today and a handwritten sign was on the door; reading something along the lines of we are training our new staff and so we are closed.
