it was just before 10 o'clock on Thursday. Usually it is a busy time with many profits in food court. but due to the recent major assembly restrictions there were few customers. a shop assistant was cleaning (i.e. wiping) the menu top, while the broth rolls below were exposed. so we decided not to have a cup in the caffe.
