"Absolutely beautiful food! This is my third time eating here and I have tried a variety of food. The staff are kind and very prompt with the food. I highly recommend filling up on the bread as it’s delicious and then getting 4 dishes for two people. I highly recommend. There is a car park at the restaurant too which makes it easy and a short walk to the cathedral."

"We always have a great meal here. Kine is a little bit different to a lot of restaurants around Lincoln. It totally has it 's own style and vibe. The menu is very compact, with just a handful of starters, mains and deserts. But... That is precisely why I like it. Each option (and I have been 3 times now) is well crafted, full of flavour and just a little bit different AND totally accesible. Everything option feels special, but not intimidating. The battered green beans are incredible, the n 'duja mac 'N ' cheese balls are great, the spiced koftas are full of flavour. The vege options are just as appealing and tasty as the meat options, which for me is an excellent reflection on the creativity and talent of the team. The front of house staff are accomodating, charming, polite and fun and the whole vibe has a bit of the je ne sais quoi about it. For a meal out for a couple, or small group who appreciate good honest and interesting food, I would highly recommend it. Vegetarian options: Great selection of vegetarian meals, which are just as tasty as the meat options. "Always feel welcome here and staff are lovely. It's clean and comfortable, but a bit dated, like having an Indian at your grandma's, but that kind of adds to its charm. Food comes quickly and everyone has always enjoyed it. I had Nawabi Special Duck which is thick and creamy and very mild, but could do with a little more flavour (although maybe perfect for kids? . Also if you get poppadoms and pickle tray you don't get the minty one unless you ask. Everywhere is different though, so it's not a bad thing. Would definitely go back and try something else."

"We found out the landlady of the cherry tree inn at Willingham wouldn't mind if we parked our motorhome in the pubs large car park and only 3 miles on the local bus to Lincoln Christmas market. We spent 3 nights there and enjoyed drinks in the bar where the locals made us very welcome. On the Friday morning Angela (who works behind the bar her husband Steve very kindly offered to give us a lift in his car to Lincoln . Everyone was so freindly. We booked in for Sunday lunch where we met landlady Kay who had also cooked the food, and it was excellent, the meat was so tasty and tender. The pub itself is immaculately clean and inviting, we are already planning our next trip."

"Reviewed this pub after our visit just over a year ago and gave it 5 stars. We had heard that it had changed hands and reviews seemed more mixed but we decided to ‘give it another go’. Prices have risen, which I suppose is inevitable, so ‘the lunch club deal’ of 2 courses was now £10.45 instead of £8.95. However in our opinion it still represented excellent value for money. The menu was very similar and still included the ‘old-fashioned traditional puddings’. There seemed to be a bit of difference in portion-size between the dishes our group of 4 had………everything was perfectly adequate but some plates were definitely fuller than others! Presentation of the food was perhaps a little lacking but it was well-cooked and very tasty. The place has a good country pub feel, however on this occasion it was much quieter than our previous visit despite being a similar time of year, so we guess it’s less popular."

"Best Sunday roast in the area! We moved to Lincolnshire from south only 7 months ago and tried many places in the area for good Sunday roast. The food is beautiful quality and absolutely delicious (and my partner can be quite fussy about his beef) , reasonably priced, the staff and owners very lovely and attentive plus place is cozy. We also tried variety of other meals and every singled one of them was delicious"

"Fast and friendly service. Delicious food and a nan bread large enough to soak up the sauce from every bowl in the restaurant (large size). Great place to eat, will definitely return on our next trip to the area"
