I went to the restaurant today, the 22nd, with my friend for a carvery. As always, the food was amazing, the staff were great, and the atmosphere was fantastic. I really liked the idea of entering your car registration in the car park to avoid fines. This prevents people from using the car park to avoid paying fees and just walking into town. What Vennwood doesn't like about The Trent Port:
I have been a patron of Trent Port for more than a decade, and although the food has always been reasonably priced, I was surprised to receive a £100 parking ticket during our visit this month. None of the staff mentioned this issue, and we did not see any signs warning us about parking regulations.
