good fresh fish spit. they let us know before we ordered that the fish was freshly frozen, as the ships had not escaped because of the Christmas holiday.

absolutely the best traditional chip shop in westlothian, and possibly the central belt of Scotland. I go regularly and eat is of good quality and.

delicious fish and chips! I have visited the opposite and since the golden chip is a favorite of a friend, I am here a few times and can return.

Best chippy for miles, always good fresh food. Have been going for over years and still like it. Recommended.

"In a large group for late Christmas. the service was impeccable, they could have been no longer accommodating and even provided us with Christmas crackers. the meal was superb, main problem, which option to choose! definitely recommend it and will be back soon."

"We enjoyed a nice afternoon tea and the food was lovely. unfortunately some acetate/plastic was left on one the items which had a chocolate wrap around. We didn't notice this until one of our party had it in there mouth, it could have been a chocking hazard but luckily she realised. When we told they staff they didn't apologise and ther response was it sometimes happens. We feel that they should have at least given a small apology."

"Great friendly service from ann. she didn't even give me a funny look when I asked for milk for free! she even checked the label on the beautiful milk bar discs. a lot of space to sit and enjoy the view. beautiful child-friendly atmosphere and the Scottish smoked salmon roll was delicious and came with a lot of salate. more than I could eat, but it would have been rude not to try prosecco sorbet! yum! well done suzannah, their personal is a good one to them."
