Literally just left the location on Palm Bay rd by Publix and found a long hair in my sandwich ? (before you say it’s mine, I’m Haitian America with an Afro)This just tells me they’re not maintaining food service regulations. Disgusting. Thanks for ruining a pregnant woman’s appetite.
Usually visit for breakfast once in a while and it is usually fine but every time it is a horror story later in the day. Today they gave us the wrong order and we had to sit in the drive thru and they corrected it but we ended up getting out of the drive thru to realize the other sandwiches they gave us had mold and was bad bread. The manager claimed it wasn't mold like I don't know what mold is. Very bad experience. Will never visit this location again.
Horrible Wait time.Just to get couple of items(inside the store), had to wait 15 minutes. I was the only customer in the store, no person at register. Apparently shift manager, saw me couple times, gave a look. When I asked cook(working in kitchen), I would like to shift manager, he pointed me to a person who gave a “look”. He refused to help me.Is it another way of Micro Aggression?
Getting an attitude with a customer is never okay.In fact, it is unprofessional.
