"Will not be returning due to the terrible service that I received from the waitress and the owner. I provided feedback but the owner was not receptive of it and rather scolded and lectured the customer on how to write reviews. The owner is only nice to customers that leave good reviews and discriminates against others who leave honest reviews."

"The food was unseasoned and bland. Extremely over priced and not the experience I expected from a live band. The lamb chops were just ok. The shrimp tacos were bad. The gumbo had a funny after taste and strong tomato based soup. The house salad was good but can you really mess up a salad? The braised pork was good. The grits were thick almost like mashed potatoes if you like them like that. The drinks were good and strong though. There was a $5 cover charge no one mentioned before hand. Also, there was gratuity already added to the check and was not informed of that either. The waiter seemed like he didnât wanna be there. Not even a smirk/smile the entire time. I expected a better experience and better food for $150 tab!"

"I really would give 0 stars if I could. I came with my partner and an old white woman watched us the whole time. We drank our drinks that had gnats in them by the way, and went to the restroom and our server came looking for us. I’ve never had a server come and see if I’ve left before. No tips were given that day and the food is beyond disgusting for the price. You might as well put up a sign saying, “If you’re young and black dont eat here.” I promise I will never eat at another Boscos. The overton square location should be closed."
