Contribute Feedback What Ivonne Marte likes about Cabo:
The place is now called Ñaño's and the food is solid. Made quickly and smells amazing. The place is small but if you can get a table it's worth it! Portions are generous. Plates are full of flavor and are close to being authentic. View all feedback.
What Jessica Sanisaca doesn't like about Cabo:
Horrible Food. We order a bandera mixta guatita horrible didn't taste nothing like the gatita ecuatoriana. Ceviche wasn't even a ceviche just lettuce and 3 pieces of shrimp. Chivo was horrible as well. Only good thing was the blackberry shake. Bill came out about $81.00 View all feedback.
Food is great but I called them to ask for a certain food availability and they confirmed they had it. I go ahead and place the order after they confirmed they cancel within seconds saying it’s out of stock. Very frustrating when you’re hungry and you find out you’re not getting your money back immediately. Didn’t even give me a chance to look into something else I might want from there.
“I recently had the pleasure of dining at [Restaurant Name], and I must say, it’s the best Ecuadorian food I’ve ever tasted! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a vibrant atmosphere that set the stage for an unforgettable meal. The menu offers an authentic selection of Ecuadorian dishes, each bursting with rich flavors and fresh ingredients. I started with the ensebollado. Chaulafan. Boloñés de verde. Y guatita., which was perfectly seasoned and incredibly refreshing. For my main course, a traditional lamb stew, and it was absolutely delicious – tender, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The waitress was so nice and very polite friendly What truly sets el Cabo apart is their dedication to providing an authentic and memorable dining experience. The staff is knowledgeable and passionate about the food they serve, and they went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic meal. Whether you’re a fan of Ecuadorian cuisine or trying it for the first time, el Cabo is a must-visit. I can’t wait to return and try more of their amazing dishes. Highly recommend!”
Very bad experience and terrible customer service. I ordered chicken soup and it was very salty. I asked for a refund and the manager called me angry that the soup was not complete, so I returned almost all of it. (obviously you have to taste the food to know if it is salty or not). What is funny to me is that they took the time to check the soup I returned when they didn't even check or try the salty food before they're selling it. He didn't even call me to apologize for how salty the food was. I hope they pay more attention to customer service. If people complain because something is salty, it's because it's real. Especially someone who has ordered a few times and never complained before. Why would I order I chicken soup and want to return it if the soup is good? Doesn't make sense. I ordered 2 more things that I kept and did not ask for refund. I will definitely not return to this restaurant. I prefer to go to García or las peñas.
It's not the first time I've gone. So that means you can trust the food going to be good.
I ordered the seco de pollo, they gave me 1 chicken wing, that's all. In my opinion, they should serve a drum stick or thigh. I got the piece of chicken wing, which is the piece with the least amount of meat. I found it to be expensive for what was served. In addition, the girl at the counter seemed like she couldn't be bothered with questions or giving me a menu. This was the 2nd time ive been here. Wouldn't recommend going here.
