I was in Roseland on business and went to check this place out. I have to say that the food was unbelievable. I was only there for two nights and went back there the second night for dinner rather than try a different place. The first night I had beef with broccoli and the second general Tzos. Not bad at all for a takeout place in a strip mall. I got the Glatt Fusion Lover combo of maki rolls, and they tasted fresh, good. Horrible food! Dried disgusting chicken... tasted so bad I threw up all night!!! Never seen food this horrible! Shameful!!!

Also, the order was supposed to be three types of rolls, but I could only distinguish two; might have been the spice level. Note: sushi entrees are listed as coming with soup and salad, but actually come only with soup. On the plus side, the soup portion is generous.
Very good sushi, one of the best in the area! Always fresh and beautifully presented. I get sesame chicken or orange chicken for my husband, which is always good too.
The freshest Chinese/Japanese food in the area. I eat here often because the food is that good. You can taste the difference between flash frozen/thawed out and super fresh and well prepared. Glatt Fusion is the latter.
The most tastiest Chinese food that I've had in a while. My husband and I love their sushi selection too! The owner is always very friendly and accommodating to my dietary restrictions. I've catered from here before too- good prices and amazing food. I highly recommend Glatt Fusion!
