What Pierce Padberg doesn't like about Blue Boar Tavern:
Josh or Joshua is legitimately the worst bartender you can have in this place . Every night he has an attitude and really is unwelcoming . Please observe your bartenders. Sometimes it's not worth an extra body if you're loosing money each time I've been here he's gone off on someone different. Do better please View all feedback.
Blue Boar Tavern is a solid bar for hanging, drinking, playing pool, etc., regardless of whether it is early in the evening or late in the evening. The bartenders are friendly and it is a decent place for drinks specialties.

Good food, diverse crowd, friendly people and great bartenders
A great local bar. If you 're into sketchy but not too sketchy then this is the place for you. They have 4 pool tables, and plenty of dart boards. The bartenders are all nice, and the drinks are really strong. The food is also pretty good! A great place for your casual pool/drinking night.
Great prices and a great time to hang out with people
