Christine was extremely helpful in the restaurant for breakfast! A true service industry star I work in the hotel business as a chef and I know how important it is to have amazing staff. Christine is a super star. However the front desk female associate upon checkin on 7/1 around 2:45pm was rude and wasn’t truthful when asked certain questions. She wasn’t a hospitality star but an embarrassment to our industry. View all feedback.

Everything wasn’t the best. Once we walked into the room the cabinet door to the fridge completely just fell off so someone knew about it and never fixed it before we arrived. There were no sheets on the pull out sofa either and it took forever to actually get some delivered to our room.
