Contribute FeedbackMorton’s in West Palm Beach offers consistently good food and excellent service. While the lobster special lacked presentation and value, other dishes like the Filet mignon and Chilean Sea Bass impressed. The attentive staff, including standout members like Jaime and Jesse, make for an unforgettable dining experience. The atmosphere is inviting, with a great variety of drinks and desserts. Despite some minor complaints about service and temperature control, the overall consensus is that Morton’s is a top-notch choice for a high-quality dining experience. Highly recommended for a special night out.
The food was tasty and the service was excellent. Our waiter Jaime was friendly and attentive, and our busboy Jesse went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. The entire team made our dining experience unforgettable!
The food at this restaurant is consistently good, but I was disappointed with the lobster special. The lobster was the only thing included in the dish, and it wasn't even presented nicely. I think they could improve the dish by including a small salad for an extra cost. The price of $49 seemed a bit high for just lobster. The lack of customers on a Friday night was surprising and unusual. I believe offering a better value for the price could attract more customers.
We have dined here, January, March, May and now June this year. I must say, this was our least favorite visit. We had a server that we’ve never had before. I felt like he must be new. We did however see our usual server asked her name, wrote it in our phone. Going forward we will make sure to ask for her. Food was great overall. My daughters Cajan Prime Ribeye she felt was burnt they did offer to change it. But it was too late. We looked for the server early to get it changed but couldn’t find him. the LOBSTER MAC&CHEESE is an absolute must have! My twin lobster was great and my husband’s 22oz Bone-in Ribeye was also. Morton’s is our favorite restaurant. We will be back, we are reward members
Very disappointed! High end, however, the service forgot our appetites and never needed up servicing us with the acception of make up with dessert. I won’t go there again…. Manager never greeted as well. I guess the northwest Morton is so much better than the south!
The food overall was good. The appetizer was just okay. The bread loaf they brought out could have been pre-sliced, as it was messy to cut. The restaurant was nearly empty, and my wife noticed right away. They seated another group of three right next to us, and they were very loud, making our experience noisy. There were plenty of other tables available, so we weren't sure why they placed them next to us. We felt that the price we paid was too high for the quality of food we received.
