The best subs! Ate my first in the 1970 store near Twin Lakes High School. No other sub is ever close. I drove to the only store that I was aware of on the military way bought several times (3) one for the trip home one for the dinner last for the next day. View all feedback.

For some reason, it seems better than I was a child. If they get fresh bread every morning, it would be much better and more meat on the bottoms. Increase quality a little more. View all feedback.

I've been with Russos for many years. This time they failed me. A Russo shaved with cold cuts. When I got my sandwich, there were maybe 1/4 meat that is usually in it, sandwiches should always contain the same amount of cold cuts, clearly in my case I don't. Keep everything you make consistent, you're not clear. I brought my sandwich to the cashier to show the owner, and everything he did was shrug his shoulders, never he apologized or even offered to me another sandwich with the normal amount of cold cuts or even tried to the manager or owner while the one guy behind where the sandwiches are when ready, only stared. Wow, how much more unprofessional, ruin and not worry even if I wanted a sandwich with No Cold Cuts from the beginning, I would have asked No Meat. My sandwich was mainly a bunch of salad, 2 small pieces of tomatoes and mostly bread. Quality of these sandwiches are on the hill. $9 for a bread, salad and barely tomatoes. Absolutely nothing like the Rossos I used to know. Bathrooms are extremely small with only 1 stable. Russo's management, start proudly on the service and quality of the foods that you all prepare and serve because its away downhill. Quit the Greed and come to realization, you lose Loyal customers. Pay attention to your customers and what you serve them. Take Pride in everything you do, and you are customer service, customers should come 1., of course not. Staff are not friendly or even welcome. Our experience is far from how it was years ago.

I was in the area and went to this place today based on all 5-star reviews on Google. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed. I didn't find anything special about the sandwich I had. I ordered a Russos Special (ham, salami, and cheese) and overall it was not very good. The bread was soft, but very dry and little taste. The ham was ok and fat cut, so it was nice. Salami tasted more like Bologna. It came with salad, tomatoes, chopped onions and a pimples spear in a sandwich (this is a first). I asked for Mayo and Senf on the sandwich and they gave me packages to put the sandwich on their own. The same for the oily (which was actually only two oil containers, although I asked for o v). I found this very strange for a substore. Positive were the people behind the counter very nice and friendly. I see that this restaurant has been open for many years, so do they? ve has done something at some point. I also know that COVID was hard for everyone, including the restaurant industry. But if my visit today was an indication of how things have changed, they could better assume going back on the old ways to do things. I'm sorry, but I'll skip the next time in the area.
They changed the rolls. I?ve lived in West Palm Beach all my life, I moved South a bit but it had been a while so I drove up and completely disappointed. Let us all know when the bread is back. Till then I?ll go to my local sub shop. The old bread was awesome.
