What Vic T likes about Black Tom's:
It deserves a higher urban spoon rating!! I was thoroughly impressed with these guys. The food was fantastic and our waitress was brilliant (which is very difficult to find in Perth) I dine out too regularly and due to urbanspoon rating I didn't have high expectations for Black Toms- we loved it. I went with two other guys one who like me loves good food and the other would eat anything lol. But we would all go back.... View all feedback.

What Gage Schultz doesn't like about Black Tom's:
I used to hear that this bar/ restaurant was THE PLACE to be in West Perth. However, recently a number of visits have left me disappointed. There are hardly any people inside the venue and no real atmosphere. It's good for a beer or wine...and there is reasonable choices cocktail wise (all at standard expensive prices for drinks in Perth).
