First time visit to this modernised club and were impressed with the layout and decor. The menu offered a wide selection of western and Asian meals with large portion sizes View all feedback.
What Ludwig Romaguera doesn't like about Palm Court Bistro:
Looking for a great Chinese (or Australian) meal with great service, look no further than Golden Hawk in Ryde Eastwood Leagues Club. I have never had a bad meal there. A great range of dishes to suit everyone. Great value for money, especially if you join the club for an extra 10% off the price.Train (Alight at West Ryde)& bus to the door, makes it easy if you are a visitor without a car View all feedback.
Visited ryde eastwood leagues club for a event, and decided to eat in social kitchen (the main restaurant in the club,) because the menu selection looked great. waited 40 minutes in the very loud room (deteriorated by an average live singer who led the...front) for two netzen maybe because it seemed just a few server for a huge club restaurant on a Friday night. the barramundi (for they ran out of laughs) and the sauce was beautiful. the chicken scallopine a little dry, but the sauce helped like the three small garnels. all vegien on both plates were unseasonal, bland and cold had on the pass for a very long while waiting for the proteins. the black trufflemash had not even a hauch truffle. the crunchy bratkartoffels were roasted (probably together with the aqueous pumpkin and then in a warm pan for a minute nothing crispy about them. even somehow managed to have flat lemon lime and bitter!
Not sure what happened to the social kitchen. 6 months ago, I was fighting for eating, but not anymore. today I tried the special christmas in the juli türkei. one should be rolled with sage stuffing and crispy kartoffels. think back in the 1980s school... dinner! I have a huge steak from the turkey, dry and unpleasant. we are not crispy and tasted like frozen brat potatoes. gravy was very glad how the pumpkin was.
Came here for a weekday dinner and was very satisfied with the entire culinary experience. there are many seating areas that you can choose and such a good menu that has something for everyone. we didn't pay for member prices that cost us to end. extra $12 for drinks and meals, but it was not important. all our meals were tasty and we were satisfied with the culinary experience would like to come back
Service was good with friendly staff, but eating was very average with the best restaurant prices! I tried a few times, but not back. a court, noodles were different than before, not consistent.
Came here for a dinner with a large group first time at this venue and found it most pleasant. The bistro has a large seating area and very comfortable for families, couples, large groups. Staff are friendly and helpful too. Actually waiting time was...long because the orders were mucked up but the staff came and communicated with us often so it wasn't an issue for us it was helpful having staff come and look after us each time. Food was good everyone enjoyed their meals. Would like to return again.
