I'm amazed at how many low reviews this Chipotle location has. I've tried a few Chipotles and this is my favorite. In fact, I'm a little weary to eat at any other location. I come here often from work. Always generous proportions, even online orders. That said, the ones by my home (Arden) are awful (charged for guac but didn't give any on both meals, TWICE). Store is dirty and no one in here- order is 10 min late- staff is less than friendly- manager on shift walking around with a soda cup in his hand- staff seems lost in what they are doing. Having worked for chipotle before doesn?t seem like anyone has been trained in front/lobby cleaning. Or treating customers which is something that chipotle claims as a greet all customers?.
