We have gone through the drive through 4 times so far, and each time have ordered ahead of the app, with a rather complicated order and every time it has been spot on. If Taco Bell is what the wife wants for dinner, this is the one to get it from. View all feedback.
What Jeff doesn't like about Taco Bell:
Alright Taco bell. It has become increasingly obvious that the portion size is not what it used to be. I usually get the beefy 5 layer burrito. It is now layers of tortilla that you will spit out to try and get a bite with actual fillings. Greedy Taco bell corp should be ashamed for raising prices constantly and then reducing the portions as if we wouldn't notice. We ALL need to abandon and boycott these businesses t... Greedy Taco bell corp should be ashamed for raising prices constantly and then reducing the portions as if we wouldn't notice. We ALL need to abandon and boycott these businesses that have been doing this. Not only is the portions smaller and higher price, but the quality of the ingredients used keeps getting worse and worse. GET GOOD TACO BELL!
I ordered food for myself and I asked for no hot sauce and what do they put hot sauce so I’m so freaking pissed if I asked for no hot sauce they do it anyway and annoyed the heck out of me if I wanted hot sauce, I would’ve asked, but I asked for no hot sauce and they ignored my request and put it in the bag
I always order through mobile app and pick up drive-thu. Great customer service, food always made quick.
Was eating in their dining room, but the music was blasting. How loud? Over 75 decibels. Of course asking teenager workers at the store (nicely) if they could turn it down was impossible. They played ignorant and in a passive agressive move cranked things up to over 78db (I used a decibel measuring app on my phone). Last I checked, that is the equivalent of running a loud vacuum cleaner on my dining table. Sustained over 70db can cause hearing damage. When you replace adults with kiosks and kids to save , customer service goes out the window apparently (along with everyone's hearing).
