"So I ordered my food to go and it came all messed up my Steak wasn't cooked properly and my fries where not loaded as requested. However I called and complained and they where more than nice, they understood and treated me with the best customer service which made me not be as mad and cranky. The Manager Arielle was super polite and offered to help me by giving me gift card for there mistake. She understood and gave me the best customer service with out being rude. You can clearly tell how hard working she is and how good she treats her customers. I'm surely going to keep going to this restaurant because sometimes its not even about the food which is important as well, but she gave me the best customer service and treated me super nice and took care of my frustration and problems. This Manager deserves more than management she should be at the top of the chain and should get a raise. Because its people like this which keep the business afloat and trust me I will keep coming back as she treated me with respect and gave me the best customer service. To who is reading this I 100% recommend this restaurant specially this restaurant because they take good care of you. I also spoke to Shawn who is the upper manager and he treated me very nice as well and took my feedback regarding her hard working manager Arielle."

"I had a company Real Estate meeting at Lattitude Reastaurant and the hall was big enough for 30+ and private with its own bar. Set up with video and mic so all could hear. "That was my first time here. The woman proposed Crepes for Valentine's Day. The atmosphere was great. The staff is very pleasant. I tried a savory crepe for the first time. I was almost sweet, but that would have been dessert. I chose the small savory chicken breast crepe with most vegetables and white garlic sauce. The crepe was pretty big for a little. It was loaded with vegetables. The white garlic sauce was on the side. From the first bite I was chopped on Crepe's! Delicious from beginning to end! The attentive waiter brought extra white garlic sauce, which was very delicious! I would have got Dessert, but no room is left. All in all a great experience! We will definitely come back! By the way, the Crepe was red for Valentine's Day:"
