Monroy's have closed permanently in West Tawakoni their area has been taken over by 2 Mile boat and RV storage monroy's has permanently moved to Lone Oak Texas...

"It is a beautiful little town café. eating is what you could expect from a landcafé (like roasted chicken, fries, land huh fried steak and gravy, with some Tex-Mex menu items also (fajimtas, burritos, tacos.) it is about $5-10 per person with a soda for a decent lunch or dinner. the personal is great. I wish the tvs weren't here because I don't like watching TV or listening while I eat, but they usually transfer a land channel that is tolerable. I would rate it higher if there were TV-free stands or no tw at all."

"A bit expensive, but the food is great. Service was also good. They were here to go twice and dinate once. It is one of the few places where you can get Mexican, TexMex and Steaks. Yes, Steaks, at a price: Probably come back. Always busy, but waiting is worth it. Oh, so the drive is only in case you think about it."
