I think the noodles are made in-house and they are SUPREME! We got the bokkeumyeon, jjamppong, and cream shrimp and it tasted so close to home. Even their cups were ones often used at restaurants in Korea. The ingredients tasted so fresh and the portion size was definitely worth what we paid for.
