What Zo likes about Phở Cali:
They have some seriously good phó!!! I would say their broths are more flavorful and seasoned better than other places I’ve visited at the U. They also have vegan and vegetarian options!!! The owners are so friendly and kind, my mom left her phone there once and they held on to it until she was able to pick it up. Overall I highly recommend! View all feedback.
