Customer service was bad and we weren’t even able to boba. We love this place too! They locked their doors early when they’re supposed to close at 9. I always come to this boba shop (3 years) and order the same thing — these people literally do not listen and when you ask for extra boba they will charge you but will fail to put it in your drink. This place used to be really good but since the last year or so they have not been making the drink right.
