We live on Bowen Island and like getting our groceries delivered by Fresh Street. We pay a delivery fee. Recently they started charging for the paper grocery bags. The intent of this fee is to encourage customers to bring reusable bags and is charged when checking out. This should not be charged on the delivery packaging as we don’t have a choice.
