Went after a replacement meal got the meal and made it all the way home after realizing my food was completely wrong went back and got the right meal and all food was cold called and spoke to manager same night and just received attitude will definitely be taking my business yo Kanawha city location from now on View all feedback.

What It i doesn't like about Cook Out:
They didn't get my complete order. Somehow they didn't add my hamburger to the order. This was 2am in the morning. Got home and seen I only had fries and onion rings. I wasn't charged but I didn't get my complete meal. View all feedback.
