Eat local!!!! Had dinner with Kim this evening here. She ordered the chicken parmigiana and I had the double cheeseburger with fries. The cheeseburger was cooked fully and had great flavor. The fries were crispy and extremely tasty without excess salt. Kims chicken parmigiana was served hot on a nice bed of spaghetti, smothered in cheese. Very good flavor and huge portion! 1st timer — ordered Blue Creek Special sandwich definitely not the sandwich that has always been served on Elk River, need to add ham pastrami for it to be real and use thinner sliced bread say maybe italian.
