The customer service was honestly great, but the two cakes that I bought had some issues. One of them did turn out pretty good even though they forgot the writing that was supposed to go on it, the second one though was a red velvet cake and I asked if I could get cream cheese frosting instead of vanilla which they said was fine. When I bit into it, it was definitely vanilla and for some reason way too sweet, like ov... View all feedback.
