We went our first night in Hyannis, MA. And had to return for a second chance. The clam chowder is the best I’ve ever had and the server was helpful and very patient when we changed our entree choice twice. Bless her, she never acted like it bothered her at all. We have eaten at Captain Parker’s for decades but will never go there again. Five or ten minutes after we ordered, our meals were served and we realized they must have been pre- cooked. I ordered a warm buttered lobster roll for $38. It was crispy, tough, dry and not fresh. My husband ordered the baked stuffed shrimp and got four small shrimp that were dry and tough.
