Customer service is not a joke, but the food is amazing. Do not call if you know what you want and you? re ready to order, they are super busy and will be impatient. used to deliver to me and all of a sudden claims they have never delivered to hicksville. The town right next to them. I have menu's and receipts from them and they didnt care and just rudely pushed off a customer who has gone there for years and hung up. Very disappointing. RUDE. with so many Chinese options around you would think they would care about customers. read more.
