Pancakes were great until I got the the last one. I'm not sure what I was tasting but it reminded me of baking sodas or something that was not mixed well in the batter, I ate 3 of the 4 pancakes but the forth one could not be eaten. Usually I do not have a problem with ihop, I pray this is just a new employee who's arm got tired of mixing the batter. Hopefully the batter is mixed better next time.
