Absolutely shocking! Ordering by the straight food app and delivery was late meaning my daughter was not at the end of the meal, food was cold and fishbatter was soggy. When I called to ask where my food was (15 minutes after the time they said they would deliver) this man said they were very busy and called me for every other word. Absolutely unprofessional. Chips very soft, soggy and brown. Chicken nuggets are just a cut chicken burger and the Saveloy was hard and crisp. Much better places in the area do not work for it.
Worst chips i have had. So over cooked or re-heated that i ended up throwing them away. What a waste of my money time by coming here last week. Go somewhere else to eat.
No way would I even give this place a 1 star rating. The fish is not even tasty you can buy better in Iceland and I never shopped there absolutely filthy you've only got pass the shop window and look inside behind the counters enough said. I DONT RECOMMEND!
FOOD DELIVERED AN HOUR LATE BLAMED IT ON DELIVERY DRIVER ALSO HAD NO CHICKEN SO REPLACED CHICKED WITH A CHEESE BURGER. NO OFFER OF PART REIMBURSEMENT COMPLAINT MADE TO JUST EAT. AVOID ORDERING FROM THESE. COWBOY OUTFIT CLEARLY
Will never be ordering from here again made a order to be delivered at half 7 to then be told it will arrive at 21.15 then I find out it won’t be here for a further hour we have waited 3 and a half hours to finally have our food turn up at 22.50 to find out they have messed our order up not happy. Poor service
