Nice little place on the harbor. We got there after 6 pm when they only do small plates, we ordered the four toast selections (they also had flatbreads) and if they are any indication of what their 10 sandwiches are like then you're going to be pretty damn happy. Service was friendly and fast. If we are ever out this way again we will get there at lunch time! View all feedback.
What Avi W doesn't like about Ten Sandwiches:
Had the five at the Ten and it was a one. Took one bite and knew in one moment something was wrong. Opened one half and found: three sprouts (three! , the tiniest sliver of avocado, and no cheese on the entire sandwich. I know there are essentially children preparing the sandwiches, but this is absurd. Train your cooks. Have them eat the sandwiches and spend some time describing what they taste. I am giving a second... View all feedback.
Ordered four flatbread pizzas to go and ended up waiting way too long for what we were served (quality and portion size). while the toppings were tasty, the crust was chewy and greasy making it hard to eat....not much different than a low cost pizza buffet. i can get better flatbread pizza from the freezer section of a local grocery store. dont expect alot based soley upon its location.
Cute little place right downtown Watch Hill. They serve Dell's Ice! If you have the kids they can have a Dell's Ice and the adults can enjoy a cocktail. Outside seating with a view of Little Narragansett Bay. Good food too. Great alternative for a quick bite and drink instead of a sit down meal. Definitely need to stop by.
Came off the beach and had lemon ice soaked in vodka,,,, AMAZING
Very disappointed in this shop. The sales guy was nice and a little flirtatious, so that can 't hurt, lol We bought two average sized sandwiches and two drinks. Ok, the bill was around $45, but it 's a pricey area, so I knew it would be high. But really?! $14 bucks for a smoothie and $12 for a lemonade? And on top of that, the chicken was DRY, the bread was tasteless and I choked it down feeling disappointed. Additionally, their little outdoor table area was dirty and created to be uncomfortable. IRON chairs do not invite one to sit and enjoy their lunch. Munch elsewhere folks.
Every summer we go to Watch Hill Beach and look forward to our sandwiches from Ten Sandwiches. They are not cheap but none of the food options here are inexpensive. Prices are $12 to $19 (lobster roll) for sandwiches. They have a small bar and one table to sit at. We eat at the beach. They will accommodate changes to their sandwiches. They have Smoothies and a RI favorite Del's Frozen Lemonaide A bit about Ten Sandwiches from their website.
