When you pass through Touwsriver while traveling along the N1 between Cape Town and Johannesburg and you need a break weather it be to relax, grab a bit to eat or get something to drink and even need to refill your vehicle, whether it be a car or truck. What Duncan A doesn't like about Steers:
Went specially for the chips — still excellent chips but the service was a bit slow because of only two people working on a busy day — that's a management failure. There was enough seating as most people were taking their meals away, but it will become a problem if people decide to sit and eat.
