Went to The Westfield Big Y to pick up a 24 pack of water for my 87 year old Mother-in-law. I used my Silver card and was charged $2.99! The cashier said I had to get the Big Y app on my phone in order to get the water. Well, I didn't know This adwas a BAIT to get customers into the store.
