EXCELLENTS ,EXCEPTIONNEL !!! Their flames are generous to wish, I have never seen so much cream on a flame, what a feast. There is also a good balance in taste. My humble opinion of Alsacian for me was the best pies I could eat. They deserve to make miles for them because they are worth it. We also tasted the cream calf scalope and there too, they understood everything instead of making a beautiful scalope, here it opts for a beautiful is thick scalope so that it can still be juicy in our plate. Thank you for your self-esteem that you put on our plates.
